We will be conducting our annual bowling night 18 Sept 26 at the Kingswood Entertainment Center.  We do not have access to the Armoury this weekend.  

Sunday, 20 Sept we will be participating in the Battle of Britain Parade.  This parade is to remember and honor those brave pilots that defended our freedom.  The Battle of Britain was the only battle fought entirely in the air and managed to defend Britain against overwhelming odds.  The RCAF played a big role in defending Britain and our freedom.  Cadets will arrive No Later than 0900hrs in full C1 dress.  First year cadets and those that do not have their full C1 dress are asked to come and observe the ceremony and show your support for those that defended our freedom in our time of need.

Attached below is the area where we will form up for the parade on Sunday.

Looking ahead, we have 2 glider days coming up on 3 and 4 Oct.  OCdt Hutton emailed cadets and parents with information earlier this week.

Here is what we have planned for this weekend:

• Battle of Britain Parade          Sunday 0900 – 1100.

• Ground School                        Monday 1830-2100
